How far in advance should I book my event date?
It's advisable to hire an us as soon as you have a clear idea of your event date and general concept. Some popular dates may book up quickly, especially during peak seasons. Generally, hiring our team six to twelve months ahead of the event gives ample time for planning and preparation. With that said a minimum of 60 days may work depending on the size of the event.
Can I still be involved in the planning process if I hire your team?
A: Absolutely! This is your event. We work closely with clients to ensure that their vision and preferences are incorporated into the event. They can take on as much as you desire. Your involvement only ensures that your vision is clear and will be carried out.
